Come here to pick up an Uber eats order that was supposed to be ready and yet I was waiting over 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous. Very poor customer service and they hardly ever get anything right and then there was another gentleman that was right next to me he did get his order, but then of course they missed his drink Like obviously you should know that there’s a drink on there cause you ran up the order and then you got another person working in the back basically complaining about their job and then being ready to just go home it’s like if you don’t like your job that much then just quit be lucky you have a job because some people don’t. Very pissed poor customer service and very crappy workers. I don’t know what the hell they’re doing at the store. If I was the owner, I’d fire every single one of the people in that store and I’d completely shut it down and I get a whole new crew in there as well as management Worst KFC ever honestly I would recommend going anywhere else but Silsbee for fast food

for the love of God stop putting mashed potato in my orders of gravy, it ruins the entire meal, your mashed potato taste like the colons rotting pee hole.

I wish I could give negative stars honestly. We did a pickup order and clearly trusted we got what we ordered but didn’t. Mashed potatoes in a large $5 for not even half a container. No gravy although we asked and paid for gravy in the order. The coleslaw was absolutely disgusting. And the chicken was so soggy it skinny and the meat was overcooked to the point of being a weird texture. Imagine spending the extra to eat out and then going home (30 minute drive) and fixing your own sides and trying to basically suffer thru a meal. I’m throwing most of this away because that’s how bad it is.

How are you, a chicken place with no chicken. Twice, we've tried to go through the drive thru and get chicken. The first time, we were there 30 minutes before closing time, but there was still enough time for food and nope, closed, and with an attitude through the drive thru speaker we were told they are closed. You closed 30 minutes early! Update your hours then! Not our fault! 2nd time, in the drive thru waited for someone else in front of us to order, we get to the window, wait a minute and were told, there's no chicken and its a 30+ minute wait if we wanted chicken....someone ahead of us JUST ORDERED CHICKEN but for us, no chicken and again with the attitude. You choose to work there, again not our fault. There won't be a 3rd time. Popeyes isn't that far away, plus they don't have an attitude, and they always have chicken.

Worst experience ever. The took our order and when they boxed it up they didn't have any of it. Manager not in uniform, fries stale, saucy nuggets cold and tough. Once I walked out I checked and they forgot the biscuits.

The lady who works here is extremely courteous, prompt and professional. We live close to KFC and really enjoy the famous bowls and smash bowls. She makes each drive-thru experience pleasant.
