Made a mobile order for a crispy chicken sandwich, got to the window the girl was clueless on what I ordered, when I got my order it wasn’t made right on top of the chicken patty being raw. I called to speak to a mgr only to be hung up on and laughed at. Wayyy to do business Silsbee McDonald’s trashhhh if u order chicken from them check your order and make sure it’s done.
90 % of the time they tell you that the frozen Dr Pepper machine is broken, other locations have a working machine.
This location has a lot of problems. I worry they will have to close if things get much worse They have been out of come for about a month tonight i got carbonated water instead of sprite. Worst th ing mcdonalds ever did was install those automatic drink machines. Sad
