⭐️ 1 Star Absolutely ridiculous wait times at the Silsbee McDonald’s. I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to place my order, with a car full of kids getting restless in the back, and then had to wait another 10–15 minutes to actually get the food. While waiting to order, I watched two cars give up and drive off. This isn’t just a one-time problem — it’s been happening for 2–3 weeks now. The employees have no sense of urgency and show poor attitudes toward customers, which makes the experience even worse. And when I finally got to the window, they didn’t even know which order was mine — I had to repeat my entire order again. There is nothing “fast” about this fast food place anymore, and it’s beyond frustrating, especially with hungry kids stuck in the car. Something needs to change immediately.

Bro lol DO NOT EAT HERE! Who is running this place and why? I waited pretty much my whole lunch break just to get two double cheeseburgers, line wasnt even busy yet had to pull into a spot, wait 20 minutes and then my order is wrong. Theres no quality control there? I ask for extra onions and instead they give me no onions at all. Waste of time and money. Pretty pathetic.

Just left McDonald's. I just want to say that the employee named Jackson is a delight. anyone giving him a hard time today about your food taking long shame on you. He is literally running your orders out to your car doing his very best. He is the sweetest person I have ever seen at this location.

I just watched 10 cars leave the drive-through at this location, due to an EXTREMELY long wait... if you're understaffed, CLOSE the dog on store... don't put your employees through the humiliation of feeling that they can't do their jobs... if you're not understaffed... FIRE EVERYONE and start over!!!!

We were in the Drive-Thru and this is every time you go through there they act like they are getting their orders out fast but they're not they're making you park along with four other vehicles that are waiting for food too. And there's more orders coming out after you too so getting their food out quick for drive-thru is false cuz they're not you're waiting 30 minutes over on the side and they forget about it cuz they clear the screen. And today my mother ordered the quarter pounder with bacon and it has a sticker on it and there's no bacon and they forgot about it and we wait 30 minutes for our food already and they still had to put it together and still wasn't right

Everytime I come here there is a problem with my food my burger is either cold and old or my fries are old and over salted or they're always out of apple pies or they either forget my sauce! The few ppl there sometimes have attitudes or take forever to take your order.
