Really loved this place! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing and had interesting nostalgia pieces all around. Highly recommend!

We quit eating here a year ago due to poor quality food and against better judgment we tried it again. Unfortunately I got exactly what I expected. Garbage! Fried pickles looked like they were removed from grease with a ladle, there are pools of grease in the container. Jalapenos on my patty melt consisted of 2 normal slices and 5 stem slices. Onion rings were greasy like the pickles. My children said there meals were OK, although I saw one of thier fried chicken meals that was obviously over cooked. I only agreed to eat here to support the local church but its not even worth it for that.

Every time I come in here the two big ladies in the back are always arguing and talking down to the rest of the staff. I’ve stood there for door dash and for my own food as I live in the town too and no matter what I’m there for it’s never any smiling faces behind the counter. Oh and don’t let someone they know walk in because that food goes out first regardless of everyone else. The food is great but the rude ladies in the back are why I stopped eating here. Every time the brown headed lady looks up she looks ready to fight. Never any smiles and the poor staff gets talked so down on I couldn’t believe they were still working in the environment. Sad case for our small town.

If y'all are using the fish batter and or grease to fry other foods, please stop. It's noticed. It also makes the food inedible. And why the lack of outdoor lighting at the drive thru and the dining room entryway?
Burgers lack flavor. It's like they have no seasoning on them. Onion rings are good (although cold). Mushrooms were good and boudin balls are okay (think regular store bought ones you can cook) My husband's burger wasn't made correctly, but he decided to eat it as is (wait for food wasn't terrible, but a lot of people came in after and he didn't want to wait) This really isn't a spot we will come back to or recommend

The food was very good here.. with us being in Silsbee with my mom for a few months, we have eaten here several times. We have had everything from Chicken fried steak, club sandwich, hamburgers, chicken strips and the AMAZING NOVO chips.. everything was SOOO GOOD..not one thing was bad, it was all very good. Unfortunately, with all things going on, I didn't take pictures, except one, of a partial order of chicken strips that my husband got. Remember, this is only 3 pieces of 5 that were received.. the portions are huge and prices are very good for the amount of food. We would definitely recommend.

I'd been to the Beaumont location many years ago & it was awesome, guess what? It the Silsbee one is just as good & it brought back just as many great memories with me torn between the Chicken Fried Steak or Chili Cheese Burger.
