Couldn't get anyone to take order. Tried drive thru ,two different stalls...no go...so we left..was busy at location...May e a bunch of online orders???? Will try again..was very clean and nice outside..good location

food gave me explosive diarrhea. woke up and was on the toilet for literally 30 minutes. got in the shower and went again and again and again. do not recommend this sonic.

Carhop was so sweet, and the service was fast, considering every stall was full and the drive-through had 7 cars! Great Job, Silsbee Sonic!
The young lady on the intercome speaker couldn't hear me well. I had to pull around to order. She was kind. In general, I am not a huge fan of Sonic. But I wanted some tator tots, and then I saw they have a fish burger. I had to try it. Then I remembered, I do not like their pickles. But the fish was good. I'll be back for my husband and kids. They all love the blasts.

I asked for mustard instead of mayo. She repeated it. Guy brings to car.. he’s says mustard no mayo. I said correct! Got home..MAYO ALL OVER IT. No mustard! I’m done with fast food in Silsbee!

Overcooked jalapeno poppers/mozzarella sticks. You get home and it's overcook and NO sauces. What now you got to ask for the sauces that supposed to go with the sides? So disappointed with Sonic and their employees. You can tell that it's been overcooked but you don't care you still handed out to the customer who during lunch time can't return to Sonic something that's edible.
