Did not read instruction, I'm very unhappy with the training. The phone line doesn't even work so I can't call to get my order fixed I have to drive back and ask them to correct my order.

Drinks are only thing I buy from Sonic as their food products have no great quality for the price they charge. This applies to the Sonic chain. Workers are nice but are underpaid. I tip cash to make sure my server gets all the money. New menu items look good but are so pricey.

I’ve been sitting…waiting on my mobile order for 20 minutes…might I add that it’s only two drinks & multiple orders have been filled in front of mine. Ridiculous.

ordered some burritos and cheese sticks with a chili cheese tot and these people put my sauce for the sticks in the bag but… no cheese sticks… then we call up to the store, they are unorganized frantically yelling at each other about who forgot the cheese sticks and then finally offered to make them for us if we wanted to drive back. then, my wife asks if we could please get just our tots re made because at this point, they are stone cold. we were told yes at first.. then we were told no and that we would only be receiving the cheese sticks. i am beyond angry about not only the situation, but how these employees handled said situation. what a waste of money.

It's Sonic. They got our order right. Napkins and ketchup were with order as we had requested. It came out in the time we expected. Tasted good. Tator tots were a little overdone but no other complaints. The restroom was very clean and accessible.

The sheer incompetence of this place is amazing. I have had multiple experiences where they leave off an item from my order when they're not even in rush hour only to drive back up there and then wait 10 minutes for them to bring out the item left off. Again, not in rush hour. There were also 4 tots in my small order of tater tots.

Sonic was known for how they brought your food out..ON ROLLER SKATES .I asked the employee what happened to that rule I kind of made the restaurant so eye catchy.She replied no one knows how to skateWHAT .. IM FLOORED AND NOW I DON'T WANNA COME HERE U GUYS ARE BORING AND IT TAKES THE EXCITEMENT AWAY

I want to know why Sonic keeps changes the rules on the salsa. 1st I could plenty of extra then 8 then 5 now 3. It should be free w/ the burritos. Or at least 3 per burrito.

Used the Sonic App before leaving Silsbee Ford. Order was ready when we got there, no waiting!!The server was beautiful and charming and spoke to me by name. Great Experience & Service!!
