Burned food dry chicken that didn’t even look like chicken.missing half the toppings. No napkins or taco sauces were even put inside the bag or a fork to eat with. I did call spoke with the manager she offered me to come back and have everything remade. But I was already home and not about to go back out, so instead she offered me a 10 off my next visit.Getting 1/2 I guess is better than nothing. Manager was very apologetic. I will have to try again.

Food is what it is.....just ok. Service was surprisingly worse than I anticipated, wanted to order on of the vanilla creme limonadas and stood up at the register for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, I guess that's why I normally go to Lumberton taco bell instead, far superior service for sure.

Frequently sold out of inventory to make a majority of items on the menu. I don't know why this location stays open if it can't function during it's open posted hours. the crew working tells me that they are sold out of beef or nacho cheese or tortillas to make simple stuff that they are known for "tacos" or "drinks" their inventory starts running out around 9PM. I don't know if these are excuses or if owner/management cares to make any business.

The food is okay ....when you can get it.
They are consistently "out of" things.
They seem to be more consistently "out of" things at night.
So either it's poorly managed or they just dont feel like making food within business hours.....so....poorly managed.

Even though they are open til 2 am....I'd suggest avoiding this place after 9pm.
That means there are consistently 5 hours of business where you just cant get good....okay service.

Easily the worst ran place in silsbee.
I truly have no clue how the owners even make money.
Maybe a front for money laundering?
Cuz they sure dont seem to care about selling the food.

If you really want tacobell go to lumberton.

Consistently Inconsistent & Grossly Mismanaged

This location started off good once they had their new building constructed but it only took a small amount of time to come tumbling back down.

- Almost completely incapable of following order instructions despite using mobile ordering which leaves no ambiguity.
- Somehow incapable of keeping to their posted business hours frequently closing early and opening late oftentimes by hours.
- Incapable of stocking the full Taco Bell menu; often times missing entire menu items and beverages.
- In the event you do receive your order you will more than likely have less than fresh food that has either been sitting out or has been recooked.

I would recommend anyone looking for a Taco Bell location to go straight to Lumberton as their location is the polar opposite of Silsbee. In Lumberton they can actually follow order instructions and keep to proper business hours while maintaining nearly the full Taco Bell menu. I have no idea what it is but Silsbee chain restaurants have serious issues meeting quality expectations especially for the inflated prices of today.

Parking: The parking is spacious enough however due to the unusual amount of curbs and tight radius corners I would recommend larger vehicles avoid this location.
