Food was pretty good and is usually consistent at this location. But the service was exceptional at 3:15 on Friday the 9th. The man was extremely happy to be doing his job and had a good attitude. As someone who worked as a taco bell cashier he is absolutely killing it!

WORST Taco Bell experience ever. Cold chalupas, ugly falling apart Crunchwrap Supreme, and they're out of signature menu items like nacho cheese and Baja Blast. Don't waste your money here, there's another Taco Bell in Lumberton 7 miles away.

Pulled up to door dash on a friday night after football game so the line at drive thru no big deal. Pulled to speaker because lobby was closed and let them know I had a DD, still waited 25 minutes for order to be filled all while cars piled up behind me.

So I stopped for a few meals for the family and when I walked in there was a sign posted that they don't take credit cards at front counter then when someone finally came to take my order they asked me if I was paying cash and they said if I'm using card I have to use the kiosk I took a picture of the sign also I ordered 2 meals to go and one meal for dine in it was not served on a tray and when I asked for a tray the woman working the counter informed me that the location doesn't even have trays and I said well this doesn't look good for a review and she said well I guess u can eat it out of the box so terrible service obviously not honoring your company brand and policies and kind of rude the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because at least the order was right and the lobby seemed clean but over all some one needs to explain there job to them so I can sit with a tray and eat my meal one day I do plan on returning to the location if these problems are fixed I will happily post a more satisfactory review

Rude as hell asked for my 2 soft toco’s in a nacho container and they gave me 1 soft toco no fork like I asked for several times then proceeded to not give me my 2nd toco that I payed for then the the manger and the lady at the drive through thought it would be appropriate to show the middle finger bc I said I wasn’t paying for another toco i just wouldn’t come back again.

This is the worst meal ever. Got taco supreme and burrito supreme both cold and horrible. Tomatoes felt like they were frozen meat tortilla all cold. Do better! I will not be recommending your food, staff that sells this should be fired
