I love whataburgers wings, and today, I noticed on their app It's National Wing Day. So, to celebrate, they are doing their wings, but 1 get 1 free. I have to say I might not like the way they changed their reward program... but they do offer some pretty good deals pretty often.
There was a significant wait time in the drive-thru. There was no cover over the order speaker and it was pouring rain. The burger was cold, and the fries were overcooked. The server didn't greet us at all.

Great food and even better if you go in and eat it. Excellent service.
It's something to eat. The food is just ok. Do not buy the sweet tea. Tasted like they never clean there machines. NASTY! Had to go in there and trade my sweet tea for some powerade. I'm trying to cut back on drinking a lot of soda.

It was late at night but I didn't get my fries until I asked and didn't get any napkins. Also it's kind of cramped in there. I also asked for no onions but I had already been up there so many times I didn't bother

The drive thru took a long time, but that's consistent with all locations of Whataburger.
Not so friendly service & they took to long to cook & when our food was ready they just set it to the side until I walked up to counter & saw it & asked if that was our food. Def over priced for the food & service we got.
