Briscoe Bite is right on the Silverton RV Park property, which makes it super convenient. We shared a pizza and banana pudding, and both were delicious! The food was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff made us feel right at home. The burgers looked amazing too — can’t wait to try one next time we’re in town!

Fantastic little spot with a great menu. We had breakfast there and my family loved it. I got the biscuits and gravy and they got the Double Double. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. It’s a short drive from Caprock Canyon State Park and well worth it.

Happy to find a place to eat out in the middle of…… My second time to eat here. I enjoyed the food both times. Freshly cut fries, hand batted mushrooms and yummy homemade desserts. I also had a club sandwich which was very good . 👍 😊

Happy to try out this cute ma and pa restaurant. A great spot for high quality sandwiches, breakfast items (Sat-Sun) and other various goods. The owners were very friendly, courteous, and helpful with their service. The outdoor seating was clean and spacious, along with some outdoor games for families to enjoy. Their Italian sandwich was a generous size and quite delicious! I would also recommend their daily double breakfast item!

Wow! What a find… ended up car camping at the RV Park the night before my race because Caprock Canyon screwed up my reservation. I had a cheeseburger, and it was sooo good! Tasted like my hubs grilled it. And the covered patio is super cute and clean! This was the perfect end to a long day. The park owners cooked the food and are super kind!
