Went to DQ after game, ordered food, worker was very friendly, sat down and about 5 mins later soccer team walks in and orders. Next thing my husband gets his food, worker says she'll be right back with the rest of the order and then nothing for a while. I see the teams bus driver get their food, then a few kids, then finally my food comes still waiting on the last order. Mine was cold, you could tell it was on the counter for awhile. Told the worker and said she would let manager know. My husband went to the counter to ask for last order and they said they were getting it. 10 mins later he gets it and is cold from sitting too long. Team that walked in already got their food and was eating. Manager never came out to speak with us. The worker just apologized.

I stayed away for awhile after a series of incorrect orders.. Thought things might have improved. I ordered a 4 piece steak finger basket which came with half raw French fries. This happens way too often. Also, your diet coke is not mixing correctly. Too much syrup..

Crew tonight was so on point I wanted to leave this review for them didn't get their names unfortunately but came through drive thru and their service was great and in a timely manner and the cook did great with the food as well
