I placed an order from the Sinton, Tx Domino's. With the automated service told me that the order was on her way! I called the store 25 minutes later because food wasn't here. The manager Lufer told me he seen himself that the driver had only left 5 minutes before I called. I asked him why did the automated service tell me that she had left 25 minutes ago? I told him I did not want the food if it was cold & I wanted my food remade. He told me he doesn't care what I want & I would have to send food back. I told him he is not fit to be a manager. He told me he doesn't care what I think. I told him I would not take cold food. Abigail showed up I asked her how long ago she left. She said 15 to 20 minutes ago & had other orders in front. I told her that my food is probably cold. She said oh no Ma'am we use heat bags. I touched the top box & it was warm, I touched the bottom box & it was cold. I sent the food back. I have ordered from them since they came to Sinton. It's ashame that managers do not know what their hiring. I just wanted corporate to know how the Domino's in Sinton, Texas treats customers.
