Had 2 brisket sandwiches on sour dough bread (which was excellent), plus one bag of chips and one drink for $40.

My order was take out but I really liked this place! I opted for a pulled pork sandwich and ooooooh weee it knocked my socks off! The bbq sauce wonderful………….! I highly recommend that you consider Blackland Smokehouse.

Great small town feeling BBQ restaurant. Found this place next to the town square. This place was very comforting smoked bbq place to eat at. I had pull pork and brisket with beans and corn as my sides and tried there jalapeño sausage. I was very pleased that everything was cooked properly and healthy portions. I’m a big guy so I always look for the price to match the food being served. I spent 40 bucks on this, including my Coke and a tip. this was not bad at all. I look forward to coming back to this place and I truly believe this place is one of the reasons why this town is being nominated for best place in America not only Texas Snyder‘s got a lot of good things going on for it. I’m from Hobbs, New Mexico and originally from Long Beach California but I tell you I love small towns. I love how people could just say hi to each other everywhere you go this is one of the places that I look forward to discovering and going to. Next time you’re in town I think this is a good place for anybody to have some good home cooked food.

This place was awesome! I broke down in this little town and found it just looking for some lunch, brisket melted in your mouth and the sides were outstanding!

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would, drove over 2 hours to eat here, paid $50 for the sampler just for it to be in a tiny little container (definitely not worth $50) but that wasn’t the worst part, I ordered the food to go and my husband overheard the cook say “are you serious?” Clearly very annoyed with my order, the girl who took my order / checked me out was also very rude and came across impatient. I’ll never go here again, I heard so many good things about this place and was beyond disappointed, the meat was severely overcooked / tough, but the staff is what really ruined the entire experience - not worth no $50. Never again.
