The service is terrible! We ordered fajitas for the ER staff and they did not include tortillas-contacted the restaurant and was told unless we “ordered tortillas they don’t come with tortillas”…what!!? Then was told “call your door dasher”..spoke with the manager who said “sorry we are to busy to send tortillas you’ll have to come and get them yourselves” after explaining that we can’t leave the ER, she said “sorry don’t know what to tell you”..woww

Wow!!! It was outstanding!! We were lucky to be seated immediately on a crowded night. Dixie took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dinner. We had to try the flavored margaritas because they were on special. All three flavors we tried were delicious (peach, strawberry, and mango). The chips and salsa are in a class by themselves - excellent! We had a variety of dinners - the chile relleno stuffed with ground beef, the enchilada and taco plate also with ground beef, and just to round things out, the beef taco, enchilada, and tostada plate. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Dixie checked on us often. A great place!!

Just ate! The steak fajitas were so tough you couldn’t chew the meat. Told the waitress and she said she knew it was tough! Won’t be coming back to eat here again 😳

Food used to be good but it's terrible now and way overpriced for the kiddie sized portions that you get. Service was good a little overbearing but good. It was dead not many people for what you would expect on a Saturday night.

Absolutely Amazing Experience Tuscola Restaurant! Wish I had taken pictures of our food—it looked and tasted incredible! We sent our roofing crew to eat here first, and they enjoyed it so much that we decided to go ourselves shortly after. From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. Both the waiter and waitress were extremely helpful and attentive. Our waitress, especially, was such a joy—wish I could remember her name! The food was absolutely delicious. Even the chips and salsa were outstanding! We also noticed how well the staff managed their tables—everything was handled quickly, and drink refills came without us even having to ask. That kind of service really stands out. Goat Ridge Roofing wants to give a big thank-you to the staff for taking such great care of us today. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

copied from my google review, we went tonight and a few weeks ago: We decided to give them a second shot tonight and ended up leaving within 10 mins of our food being served. I ordered the burrito california with steak which came out cold. I had no idea if that food inside had been cooked this morning or yesterday. My sister in laws order was wrong, and when brought back it looks like the jalapeño were just picked out of the nachos. My husband's chimichanga was hot, because that has to be fried. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Some people may get good service here, but not us. I don't know where all these 5 star reviews come from, maybe staff or friends. I'd eat here at your own risk. 1st review: We decided to try Blue Agave tonight. We have heard all these rave reviews about the food and service. We went in and placed a to-go order at the bar for the steak nachos and chroizo queso. They were busy, but not too busy. The restaurant feels crowded and the tables are close to each other. We waited 40 mins for our food. The girl that rang us up barely acknowledged us. Other servers did ask if we were waiting on a to-go order. I felt like they didn't really care about a to-go order customer. When our order came out the girl just said "here" and thrusted the bag in my hands. At home, we found our order was not hot, like it had been sitting in the back for awhile. We had to reheat everything. We will not be trying this place again. Not sure what the rave is about, maybe it's nice to eat there if you don't mind feeling crowded.
