The chicken wasn't the best. Staff seemed ok. Edit it stopped here at 7 minutes before closing and was surprised how good the chicken still was. I've been to other chicken express locations and I was served cold tenders while they had ample time. This location is great and has improved.

Hands down- the BEST Chicken Express i have ever been to- and I'm old! Excellent customer service, VERY clean from dining area to restroom! The food was impeccable to top! Way to go Snyder Chicken Express!

Service is beyond horrible. Lady at the drive through wanted to charge me for one single packet of ranch when I get them free every time I go there. Was very rude about it and shut the window in my face. Food was cold sitting there probably for hours before I got it.
