Honestly, I was very disappointed. Didn't have any more of those parmesan cheese packets they used to have and will charge you for them now... also, there was no price show on the physical menu or the TV menus!! Can't believe that either... the food was fantastic tho but knowing the prices would have helped me a lot more. Did gave us a discount right there so that it was very appreciated to lessen the price of the food when so expensive! 2 medium pizza for 30 bucks!! Probably gonna stick with Pizza Hut from now on.

We ordered online and since we ordered online they didnt want to fix our order once we called and told them they messed up and said they would fix it but then we waited 30 minutes and wgen we called and asked about our makeup they said ohhh well since you ordered online we cant fix it...

The paved drive-thru ends at the rear of the store. Aside from backing up in reverse if there are not any vehicles behind you, you must traverse behind the store in order to reach the parking lot exit. This area is unpaved with tire hazards such as broken glass, nails and holes.

Cold Pizza and Mushy Wings. This has been an ongoing debate between me and my wife. I’m a Pizza Hut fan, she lives for Domino’s. Trying to be a good husband I have acquiesced ordering from her favorite and denying mine. However, for the Third straight time, something went awry with our online order. This time, the app said our food was ready, so we hit the road to pick up our order - mind you we only live about 5 mins away (and that’s with red lights). So they had an extra 5-6 mins to do the QA for our order. We pulled up and after about 10 minutes of waiting in line at the pickup window and two different associates come to talk to us and ask us what we’re waiting on, it became obvious the QA had t happened before someone hit “complete” on our order. Then, a third person came to the pickup window and casually mentioned the wings were still in the oven and that was the reason for the delay - no apology offered. She then asked if we could pull around front so other customers could get their orders and pay. No biggie, I figured it wouldn’t be but a few more minutes. I walk inside and a fourth person asked about my order. I mentioned I was told to come round front. He too confirmed the wings were the holdup and said it shouldn’t be too long. About another 10 minutes later (for a total wait of about 20 minutes after we arrived), they finally handed me my online order complete with wings……..and my pizza boxes were already noticeably cold. I shrugged and said the pizzas were most likely ok inside the boxes. Nope. Cold pizza. And mine wasn’t even cut properly so the slices didn’t come out easily. Saving grace had to be the wings, right? That’s why my pizza was cold so surely these will be perfect……nope…wings were mushy and over sauced. 😑 I feel like I was punished for using my rewards to get a free medium pizza lol We hadn’t eaten much at all today because we were both pretty busy and we were really, really looking forward to chowing on some good pizza and wings and watching some Clarkson’s Farm. At least Clarkson’s Farm didn’t disappoint and I have an excuse to order At Least 3 times from Pizza Hut 😂 Good luck, y’all! Hope they treat you better and, more importantly, feed you better than they did us!
