The fried catfish was probably the best I've ever had. Great seasoning and cooked just right. And a 6 piece fish combo for less than $10 is not bad at all. I'm a big dude and this filled me up.
Some of the best fried chicken I've had!! Chicken and chicken tenders were fresh and juicy. Mashed potatoes were good ,Okra was good. Cole slaw was alright (I don't like Cole slaw so I don't think I can judge it haha) biscuits were kinda dry and just ok. But the chicken was so delicious and juicy
We are driving through Snyder on the way home and stopped at Gills. The chicken was delicious as well as all the fixings. But the service and friendliness was not. I have never written a complaint but this meal deserved it. The woman was so unfriendly. She was just throwing stuff in the bags. I noticed she gave one of my meals French fries instead of mashed potatoes so I asked her about it. She just grabbed the fries and threw them away and put the potatoes in. She also forgot...
