They were closed she just was waiting for someone to finish eating. I explained that I was from Houston and just was looking for some bbq. She looked at me and said, "C'mon in, I'll feed you." For being so far, she made me feel close to home.

Best brisket in town and possibly any surrounding towns. Best brisket I've had is a while honestly. I would recommend this place for sure. It was good enough for me to leave a review and I've never done that.

Cute little BBQ place! My son and I both got chopped brisket. Mine was a child's plate with an ear of corn. Just the right sized portion. My son ordered potato salad and Mac and cheese. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will get a potato salad side. The staff was courteous. We will definitely go back. They opened in 2020 but this was my first visit.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, so I finally stopped in today an hour before closing. The husband got a double cheeseburger. He loved it. Hand-made fresh patties with all the toppings on the side. I had the chopped brisket sandwhich, which was really good. Full of flavor and seasoned well and not overly smoked. Had a half pint of the potato salad. It's different but in a good way. The only thing I didn't care for was the bbq sauce. It's a little too ketchup..y.. BUT I will definitely be back!

First of all.. I wouldn't have given the one star rating if "BBQ" wasn't in the name of this establishment... There's no BBQ here. All these people saying that it was the best brisket, ribs, or whatever they ate don't know what BBQ is?? I have a good feeling that the meat was cooked in an oven... Then thrown on a charcoal grill for about 5 minutes to give off a charred bark.. On the ribs at least.. There's no bark at all on the brisket.. No smoke ring on the chicken.. And worse of all.... THE "BBQ SAUCE" is mostly ketchup with a hint of brown sugar maybe?? I'll even go to say that Kraft BBQ sauce is more authentic than the sauce here.. That's just sad, cuz we all know where Kraft BBQ sauce stands in the rankings of BBQ sauce.. So, if you want oven cooked meat lathered in what's mostly ketchup, and pay a ridiculous amount for it.. By all means.. Head on over. If you want actual BBQ.. There's an actual Smokehouse down the road.. Watch out for the sweet tea as well. If you finish the cup, there's a good chance you'll be close to being in a diabetic coma.. Again.. If "BBQ" wasn't in the name, I wouldn't have given a one star rating. Cuz that's not BBQ at all.

Horrible food! The brisket was so dry or burnt it was not eatable. Sausage and beans were good. But they microwaved the sausage and shrunk it up. It took 30 min to get our already ready food out and the microwave definitely didn't make it taste fresh. I don't leave reviews but we spent 70 bucks for 3 people to eat and I expected better or at least eatable.

Food is good, bur small portions for what I paid - the rib plate only had 3 ribs and cost $17. Probably won't go back for that; I hear the burgers are good...

Wonderful brisket was perfectly tender, flaky, juicy, plastic fork tender. ?Sauce was a little sweet with great tang went great w the meat. ?Classic sides like country potato salad and mayo slaw were refreshing, slaw had some kick to itMac&cheese was al dente delicious creamy elbow pasta & cheddar sauce.Corn cob served with butter was crisp and steaming.Follow for more National brisket plate reviews.???

This place does not have much indoor seating, but the food is wonderful, and the staff was very accommodating with the 4 children we had with us.Kid-friendliness: No high chairs, and tall tables, but very sweet staff and a small enough space to contain littles
