Ordered smoothie on the self serve board charges me a smoothie. No smoothie's but charged already then I was going to be ok on Soda but No CO2 FLAT 😔. SODA INSIDE AND OUT FLAT 😔.I told them at least give me something close to price , Got ice coffee instead from smoothie to soda to ice coffee lol each time I had to get attention to get 1 for 1 item

I've ordered from the app multiple times and Everytime they've had me reorder because they can't make it. I also ordered the Minecraft meal, twice, and got a regular meal. You can tell they care about the service because this is what my burger looked like.

Your guys customer service is HORRIBLE. I got hung up on in the middle of a question. The food is not horrible. But the people who work here are very rude and could care less about the good quality of food. I get working just to get paid but jeez have some respect for others.
Kid-friendliness: kid friendliness is fine in terms of keeping them content but that is GERM CITY. Although that goes for any public space. But they have very, VERY poor sanitary systems in this establishment.

I came to snyder for a funeral service and stopped to eat at this mcdonald’s. I ordered from the mobile app so i would be able to customize my order. I was given the completely wrong burger for both orders. I then took it to the front to see if they could fix it, where an employee told me it must’ve been my fault. I spent $40+ on this order and was not accommodated to have the burgers fixed!
