We stopped while traveling. The service was friendly, the food was good. There were several workers there having lunch and that is a good sign

Took forever for us to get our food, and I think I was asked 100 times if I needed more coffee by the same 2 people. Food was good once we got it.

We had breakfast. Was a bit mediocre except for the refried beans (bean head here and they were delicious!)…..so definitely trying lunch next time.

The ABSOLUTE BEST chiliquiles (spell check) that I've ever had!!! My husband introduced me to this small hole in the wall about 6 years ago and we go eat there every chance we get. Enchilada sauce is superb as well! Don't miss out on this place!! Super friendly family owned restaurant with that authentic taste!! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Oh my, if you need to pass through Snyder, Texas, or, Hell if you need to cut west and north through Texas on your way to Oklahoma, Kansas or Colorado... PLAN your trip through Snyder. If it's Saturday, plan on arriving between 0700 and 1100 hours local. So you can have for example their wonderful chilaquiles breakfast plate. Comes with potatoes but I subbed hash browns. They go light so if you like them crispy like I do, tell them. Norma's Cafe is awesome. I love to find places like this when on the road, especially breakfast. Short, simple menu. Coffee is great too.
