I love pizza hut but this one regularly undercooks the dough. A 20 minute oven on your pizza's done in 15. I'd rather Wait that extra 5 minutes and have my pizza cooked

I could be mistaken, but I believe this Pizza Hut is the same one that my brother and I ate at all the time during the summer of 1974. It was really good back then, but I really can't say if it still is. We always got a large pepperoni. We usually ate here twice a week. Our other favorite restaurant was a steak joint right across the street from the Travelodge. I don't think either one of those is still around.

Workers name BERNICE!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE and impatient!!! Not even a greeting when we walked in! Eye rolls when we asked for to go cups. Then “what else” instead of “would you like anything else. When we got our food it was “you can use the plates from the buffet for plates” like dang you couldn’t bring us some cause you can’t break a nail?! The attitude? Horrible Service? Horrible and when I pointed it out not even an apology just silence! I guess too busy worried about her nails and the way she looks!! Go home if you can’t be a decent person!

The service here is disappointing. They seem to care more about themselves than the customers, and they are always short-staffed. I’ve even had situations where my food wasn’t delivered at all, and when I called to ask about it, the staff were rude and quick to blame their own workers instead of helping. If you want their food, I’d recommend ordering from a different location — the service at this one just isn’t worth the trouble.

Perfectly cooked pizza with an excellebt amount of toppings, dang good Cinnabon rolls and overall just a fantastic meal. You really cant out pizza the hut.

Food was great but we had to fight for salad dressing or plates and napkins inside. Seems like they're are pushing for delivery and pickup orders whiles ignoring dine in in customers. Great $3 takeout salad but after a big bruha they decided you can only have one dressing and it can't be blue cheese.

Did not get everything I ordered and what I did get was cold. Called and reported was told it would be an hour to hour and half to get rest of order. Said we would pick it up said that would be 40 mins. I had placed a $18 tip on order as well. Reordered at Dominoes and got order within 30 mins.

We have had family traveling through Snyder the past few months and have ordered pizza twice to have delivered. They have stated that both times have been their best Pizza Hut pizza they've ever had. Great job Snyder Pizza Hut!
