Subway is typically a really quick and reliable grab and go food joint, tonight this wasn't the case.. My pickup order was grabbed by someone else and the manager gave us the wonderful option of waiting 30-40 minutes for the food to come back and that we had to take the items that went who knows where when they arrived, and if the meal didnt come back THEN they would remake our order. Brenda made it clear to us that these sandwiches were a loss to the store and it was OUR problem as the customer. It took us requesting the number to corporate to have the order reluctantly remade. Worst service I have ever had. Thanks Brenda.

All this ranch made my bread 🥖 all soggy and asked for grilled chicken didn’t get that either and I’ve been told very rudely that I cannot have grilled chicken on the elite. Apparently, I have to order that which there is no option for that.

Went in, ordered 2 items and had pretty good service until it was time to check out. The woman that was making an online order stopped the guy that was going to check us out and made it clear that SHE was the only person to be operating the register, so he backed away. We were standing there waiting and waiting. She could've had someone else finish what she was doing, unless she was the only one allowed to be making the online orders, so she could run her register. My fiance asked how much longer to a different employee and she stepped in and said " Til I can get over there, you'll have to stand there and wait." Then mumbled something else to another employee. My fiance was ready to stand there and wait, I on the other hand was not going to be spoken to like a child in front of all the employees and customers. So without saying anything, we walked out. I feel for all the people that are working with her. Needless to say, I will never give Snyder's Subway another penny as I do not support poor choices in employees.

Placed an online order, my entire order was wrong nothing was toasted, they put my tuna on flatbread instead of Italian herb cheese and they put the meatball on the Italian herb and cheese instead of the flatbread, even the box of cookies was wrong, one sub was almost right except for it didn't get toasted, I called the store to let them know and the kid on the phone just laughed at me about it.

I placed a online order here in Snyder never had any issues before until Now yesterday I picked up my order and they totally messed up my order they put on my sandwich everything I didn't want no Mayonnaise on my olives I didn't want all I wanted was lettuce tomatoes pickles Mayonnaise and a few onions so I do have a complaint

Ordered two sandwiches on the app and they were so lacking of the meat I might as well have just ordered the bread. The club was missing the roast beef and now the slices are so thin I think you could read a newspaper through them. This is the second time this has happened. I’ve finally wanted to complain.

My husband and I stopped in last night for sandwiches so we could finish our drive back to Dallas. I inquired about a regular chicken bacon ranch. I was asked what type of chicken I wanted and I picked grilled. That ended up being an almost $3 extra mistake as I then got charged extra for the bacon.
As my sandwich was getting made, I asked for parmasean cheese to be added to it. The guy ended up accidentally dumping a large chuck (with huge chunks) on my sandwich. Instead of offering to re-make it, he just spread it around and gave it to me. I was in shock and decided not to risk a second sandwich being made wrong out of spite. I did eat it but it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. On top of it having entirely too much parm, it also was old bread that kept crumbling apart.
We are never stopping at this location again.

Ordered breakfast from Subway. Apparently, egg and cheese wraps are on the menu, BUT get this.... they DO NOT COOK EGGS & said they haven't in a while. Ummm, idk if this is just pure LAZINESS or if they really DO NOT cook eggs. If this is true, the owner needs to take the items with eggs OFF THE MENU!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
