I put in a mobile order, but some drunk guy walked in ahead of me, took my bag of food out to his car, rifled through it, apparently realized it wasn't his, brought it back in, and set it on the to go counter like nothing happened. Very thankful that the staff working there were OK remaking the order no issue so I didn't have to deal with that. Shame they had to deal with it, and they were nothing but professional and courteous.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Taco Bell I’ve Ever Visited if I could give 0 stars i would.
This location was filthy from the moment we walked in. The tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. When we politely asked for a rag to clean our own table, the staff member got an attitude.
The food was just as disappointing. The chicken tenders were burnt beyond recognition—not once, but twice. They were so tough you couldn’t even break into them. When we asked for a refund, the manager snapped at us, raising her voice and saying, “That’s why I asked the FIRST TIME if you wanted your money back, because they’re all like this.” We remained polite, but the disrespect was unacceptable.
The rest of the meal wasn’t any better—hardly any meat, mostly breading, and poor quality overall. Meanwhile, the staff preferred to talk about hotel stays with each other instead of taking care of customers.
To top it off, the AC didn’t work, the bathroom had no paper towels, and it made me seriously question whether the staff even wash their hands. Thankfully, we went next door for chicken strips that were fresh, juicy, and cooked correctly—proving it’s not too much to ask for basic quality and cleanliness.
This place needs serious management changes. I will never be back and would not recommend it to anyone.

Every single table in the place was dirty. We had to ask for a towel just to clean our own table, and the employee got an attitude before reluctantly walking over to wipe it down. I even told them we would have just chosen another table, but they were all dirty. The trash was overflowing.
The food was terrible. We made the mistake of ordering chicken strips from Taco Bell (I know, my first mistake!), but they were so bad we asked for them to be remade. The second batch was just as bad…if not worse. You couldn’t even tear them apart with your hands. We asked for a refund, and the manager snapped back, “That’s why I asked the first time if you wanted a refund, they’re all like that.”
We were polite with every request, but most of the employees had a rude attitude. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for the mess. Instead of working, they stood around chatting about hotel stays and personal topics.
Thank God we were just passing through. Nasty behavior and nasty atmosphere. Very disappointed.

Taco Bell never fails me! Always satisfied with the food, service, and very polite workers!! They keep a clean and tidy place here! Drive thru is my favorite method to get taco bell. Also pretty quick with preparing the food after ordering without being sloppy or messy!

The customer service is non-existent, and there’s clearly no regard for customer satisfaction. Judging by the quality of the food, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.
This is by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. You have to open and inspect every single item just to make sure it's even close to what you ordered—half the time it doesn’t even resemble what’s pictured on the menu.
