The place is now a Mexican restaurant. Modestly priced. Decent quality.

You lost lots of customers when you changed your cajun menu. Ya dont break a good thing. There is enough Mexican around. The cajun was exceptional. I guess you cant keep up with a good thing. Sorry for your loss

This place is no longer called Texas Cajun Cafe, it's under new owners and it's now called El Malecon. Tonight was their opening night, food was great. There are a lot of Mexican seafood selections like ceviche and shrimp fajitas as well as other more American dishes like chicken-fried-chicken. Service was excellent! Restaurant was clean and had a lot of room.

Good place for the most part. The wait staff not so great either too busy on their phone are sitting down eating ice cream. My food for the 1st time was not cooked properly with the owner fixed it

Service could of been better. 15min after ordering waitress comes to tell me that they ran out of a ingredient. 5min after another ingredient wasn't gonna be on my burger. Staff should of known that ahead of time.
