Stopped at this whataburger on the way to DFW, hoping for a taste of my old home. Food was lukewarm, restaurant was messy, daughter had a hair in her drink cup. Won’t make the mistake of stopping here again.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Whataburger on November 27. The customer service was abysmal—staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. To make matters worse, the food was just as bad. My order was incorrect, the burger was cold and sloppy, and the fries were stale. I expected so much more from Whataburger, but this visit left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The whataburger n snyder has the best and taste fresh burgers, sooooooo with that being said if ur wanting whataburger take the drive 2 snyder, u won't regret it ? the only bad thing was no drinks ?

Delilah was a worker there. She not only was very helpful, she helped my husband with a few things. She was cleaning and staying busy.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a patty melt with large onion rings and medium sprite. Got to the window and they gave my food to the car in front of me because he ordered a patty melt with fries. By the time they got it figured out and fixed my food was cold and tried to give me the other cars drink (root beer) even after knowing they messed up. Plus my large onion rings was only half a container with 8 onion rings in it just as cold as the cold patty melt. The sprite was horrible and tasted like it was out of the mix or the machine was empty!? I had To dump it out because I couldn’t even drink it!
