This location felt like a Bass Pro Shop inside, probably because it's located right next to one. The service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was efficiently carrying out their duties in a well-coordinated manner. Other locations have been a mess, especially when it comes to app orders — I’ve never been able to pick up an order on time. But the service here was different. I received everything I ordered right on time.

Best burger we have had in a long time. We stopped in Snyder on the way to the Grand Canyon for our summer vacation. I would definitely recommend you stop at their Whataburger. My burger tasted like a good old fashioned burger.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Whataburger on November 27. The customer service was abysmal—staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. To make matters worse, the food was just as bad. My order was incorrect, the burger was cold and sloppy, and the fries were stale. I expected so much more from Whataburger, but this visit left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
