“The food is always great, however I can never understand how some of these businesses only offer military discount for active duty!!!! So what you’re telling me is that my retired military status doesn’t warrant a discount, but someone who is currently on active duty does? SMFH!!!!“

“The application online order was not working for some reason, it charged my card but the order was not reflecting on Cane's screen where they have the orders. But the employee handled the situation, and helped me get my order over the phone, and was very polite and professional. Thank you for saving the day with an amazing meal for me and my family. You just gained another loyal customer.“

“With the new policy that it was implemented this year about the flavored teas coming with no sugar, the drinks don't taste the same. I used to love coming to boss chicken and have me a coconut tea nice and sweet, now the teas taste like diet teas very sour flavor. Very bad choice for us customers. Hopefully you guys will bring back the sweet teas, thank you!“

“I got the garden/market salad with grilled chicken, the chicken soup, a cookies and cream shake, and an ice cream cup. My food came out which was of course hot and tasted awesome. The shake was just right and the staff were nice about me taking my time to order :)“
