When I came to pick up my order from domino's. I had given them my name so I can get my order. Esteban from the horizon location had told me that they gave my order to someone else. After waiting for 40 min then hearing my order was given to someone else. I had to wait even longer just to have my order done again. I don't think I'll be coming back to domino's again.

This is the first time I ordered Domino's pizza in a long time. I would instead get those lower quality pizzas. Boy o boy, what was I thinking? This pizza from Domino's is the best. So was the staff there. I ordered online and my 4 pizzas were ready quick, like in 20 minutes. I will be ordering from this Domino's again. The coupons got me to order.

This place has to be one of the most consistently good chain locations, anywhere. They simply always get it right. Friendly and helpful staff who always genuinely care about your experience, with always fresh, hot pizza. Whoever is running this operation, thank you so much for doing it the right way; we will keep rewarding you with our business! Ordered two pizzas cinnamon twist and a coke they brought the order and forgot my coke said they would come back with it as the dominos is close by proceeded to wait a extra half hour for coke and pizza was cold by then was not even given a apology was just told to wait horrible service

Ordered online for carry out made sure what time the store closed it said 12 midnight so I placed my order got there at 1040 and the store was closed employees just looked at me when I was checking to see if the hours were different on the door and it said midnight very disappointed they could have called and said they were closing early but chose to not do that won’t be coming back here

Terrible.. we were waiting for our dinner and it never arrived we called the location and they said it was delivered to the correct address and we let her know we never received it she went on to say the driver followed the contactless directions and we said when we saw the food was delivered on the app we never received the vivint notification that a person was on our lawn and we also checked our camera footage.. she continued to give attitude since the begging.. We let her know so how do we fix the problem and she said she didn't know because her driver followed the directionsNo customer service at all..Very disappointed not solution was given not even the option to call another time for our refund I would at least like my money back

I called Saturday evening at 9 pm to order two Extravaganza pizzas and wings, but was told by a foolish girl that answered, "there is a 2 to 3 hour wait"!! So forget that! I hung up and called Pizza Hut. Told person what Domino's girl had said, so Pizza Hut went ahead and lowered the price, and sent me two "deep dish", Super Supremes and 12 wings, for less than $60, and in less than 40 minutes!!!*Picture is of one of the pizzas from Pizza Hut, NOT Dominos! ?
