I guess they were not fully staffed. Orders were taking a lot longer than usual. Drinks were flat. Available staff were doing the best they could. Hopefully will be better next time

We came and she didnt even say good afternoon or something just got the card made the payment and gave the card back my husband said thank you and she just slamed the window, the lady in the second window just gave the food and slamed the window as well.I dont think we deserve this horrible treatment since we are customers

Gave me food poisoning the first time, second time gave me a nasty ass burger and I was coming home from drinking you’ll eat just about anything. Now they mess up my order. I only go when I need something on the spot cause i live a minute away but there’s always something wrong

I ordered 8 apple pies. The guy on the speaker said they don't have any. I asked, so no apple pies today. He said it would take 5 minutes to cook them. I ordered the items at 1:47pm, according to the receipt. By the time they gave them to me, it was 2:07pm. Last time I order from this place.
