I got off of work, I ordered a pizza for my partner and I. This is their product, it’s supposed to be full of meat with jalapeños and mushrooms, the quality was very poor. They put no effort in their food. They say a picture is worth 1000 words. We will leave it at that. It’s not worth the effort for the money, I should’ve just got a five dollar hot and ready down the road from them.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! I sat at my table for a while before going to the cashier to see where my hostess was going to begin.
I paid for a “party package” and got half ass service. This establishment was not prepared at the time of my event. They took approximately 20-30 mins to get things going. They only gave me 7 play cards (I had to get my waitress to address it.)
!! My balloon bouquet never came throughout my entire event -NEITHER- did my “picture”. The ice cream was brought to us so late afterwards.
Let it be noted, there were other events going on but it was not packed to reasonably believe that there was a valid excuse for the horrible experience I received.

I had went to eat for buffet and I had the rewards for a free adult buffet then I checked when I got home they void it I never used my points I don't find this right that I got rob pointz that's I didn't use this highly very disappointed I will never return I will go to another location instead

Place smells awful…. Upon ordering I could see SO MUCH PRODUCT on the kitchen floor. Cheese, pepperoni and idk what else… idk if their protocol is NOT TO CLEAN during the day or something but that’s pretty unappealing. Tables are sticky and seats are full of crumbs. Food takes a while took them about 45 minutes for a one topping pizza.

We had a decent time at Peter Piper Pizza. The pizza was tasty, and my kids enjoyed the variety of games available. However, the dining area was extremely cold, which might have been due to the lack of people there to warm it with body heat. Despite this, the friendly staff did their best to make our visit enjoyable.
One suggestion I have is to consider offering a play pass that allows unlimited games for an hour, similar to what Dave and Buster's offers. This would be a fantastic addition and might encourage us to visit more often. My kids would love to play without the disappointment of burning through a $20 card in just 10 to 15 minutes on the expensive games.
Overall, it's a fun place for families, and with a few improvements, it could be even better. If you've had a similar experience or have other suggestions, feel free to share your thoughts!
