DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Roy Murillo who is the store manager doesn't care to have proper customer service. My husband got the 2$ pizza deal from the app to pick up at the store and Roy kept insisting my husband didnt pay, my husband checked our bank account and true enough the charge was there. Roy kept insisting my husband didnt pay and wouldn't hand him the pizzas, and after 15 minutes roy found the order that was already paid for, he looked lost and didnt know what he was doing being a manager. Very poor customer service and while he kept the line long the food needed up getting cold. Eastlake pizzahut is 5 minutes away from this one, its better to go to that one.

The pizza would be great if the dough was cooked. I’ve ordered from this place twice and both times the dough was gummy and ruined the entire pizza. Which makes it even worse because each pizza is $19 plus. Overpriced for undercooked pizza.

According to the app my order was delivered , I called the store and female manager oh the app is not working but the driver is entering your neighborhood. 20 min later I call again male manager the female manager took your order 10 min ago. So she lied to me um no it's just. Yeah never ordering from here again

Placed a order around 9:50pm I knew my order was gonna have issues just by how the women was talking taking my order, I called to verify she took my order correctly and she didn't even put my order in the system but took my money. Had me calling the other pizza huts and they were also confused just a terrible experience.

Ordered thru doordash as a gift for a friend and pizza looked terrible and unappetizing. Very disappointing for the price one pays. Quality of food has gone down. Called store and spoke to Roy to try and rectify problem, was told it was a Door dash problem. They could not help me. Very dissatisfied.
I order a delivery and when the driver arrived he rang the doorbell and immediately starts knocking as if I didn't hear the doorbell. After getting the pizza, I open the box to see it all smashed on one side... Made sense considering the driver has a mustang, he probably took a turn too fast and dropped my pizza box or something... Then I notice pepperoni on the pizza, not what I asked at all... And to top everything off, there was hair in the pizza. Horrible overall.
