Worst Popeyes in El Paso, they forgot to give my kids the toys included in the kids combo. They gave us the wings barely even room temperature. Chicken strips barely warm. They have given us 2 previous orders with items missing. It’s always the same story. Would not recommend to order from here. Would be better to drive further and get it from another location.

I loved this place before, now their service is not that good. I got 2 orders of wings and waited and waited and waited finally here comes my order when I got home i was beyond disappointed! 1order was perfect the second order was 80% literally pieces of broken bones!! To top it off, they dumped tons of Parmesean garlic sauce. Those bones were swimming in sauce. I called every day for like 7 days and they never answer. I emailed corporate but no response I guess they just don't care.

Today we went to Popeyes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Well it was not spicy, it was regular. I order the sweet and sour wings. The suckers were cold. This is the 2nd time they screw up my order. Not going back. No wonder that place is always empty. And that should give them the advantage to do it right. But nope. It’s just not a good place to go and eat. They should close it and put something else.

This Popeyes is horrible! The employees are polite but the food gets a one star rating. They're not cooking the chicken the way it's supposed to be cooked, chicken is bland has no flavor and sometimes the pieces are burnt. I'm not coming back to this Popeyes anymore it has happened too many times with their poor quality of food.
