Going through the drive through and when paying for food, the cashier, gave us such a rude attitude for no reason as we're asking about the sauces. Won't be revisiting this taco bell.

It was a quick drive thru purchase, but I wondered how they stay in business?? With all the roach coaches and illegal vendors lined up on the street. It must be hard on their business. Taco đź Bell is a fast food restaurant, and I much rather support an American business, than an illegal one. City of ElPaso needs to start towing vehicles and giving citations, to anyone who operates without a permit. đ

My Crunchwraps, tacos and burritos all had half a scoop of beef in them. I was mostly biting into just lettuce and tomato. I see this is a reoccurring issue in this Taco Bell, wonât be coming back.

If I wanted just the damn taco shells I would have ordered just that... The damn cooks need to do better or if you don't want to work there find something else.
Drove by today during a rush and forgot to add something to my order. I know how frustrating it is to have to add more to a customers order so I apologized and expected a bit of attitude honestly, but Estrella was super nice and understanding! With a smile on her face and so positive.

This place needs to replace the entire staff from the Manager to the staff. They didn't get one thing right in the order but had time to Ignore us. we asked for cause and they put 5 packets for 14 tacos and 4 burritos. they was to have had sour cream. which we paid extra for and not 1 had it. I was going to go back.but for what to.get caught on that corner traffic stop for 20 minutes. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN OR REPLACE THE ENTIRE TEAM

We stopped by this Taco Bell on our way up Eastlake. They took forever to give us our food, and when they did it almost had no meat. I ordered a steak burrito & usually theyâre a big size, when I opened it it looked super small so I opened it up all the way & found there was barely any steak in there. For as expensive as Taco Bell is getting youâd figure theyâd put a decent amount of meat. SMH
