They were not prepared with a tent. When they arrived, we had a place in our backyard where we planned on putting the setup and then asked for a tent, we didn’t have one as they should have planned to have it or made us aware they were going to need one prior to arranging. We had to rearrange the setup due to this. It was a very small party about 30 people or less and they pre warmed the tortillas which by the time they served were cold. The charros had no flavor, they taste like water. We kept the leftovers and 2 days later the salsa went bad, which is strange because we have made salsas before and last at least a week. Overall it was ok. Not worth the price we paid for. They were friendly when we placed the order but I think they have room to improve.

I hired them for my moms birthday and everyone loved the food. I’ve tried various tacos from different vendors and theirs are really good compared to other catering businesses. I would say the potatoes were a little small but it’s to be expected and for the price I think it was still really good value. The taco meat is really good and I will definitely be going to their food truck in the future to eat more of their tacos.
