Love wendys the family goes crazy for it!...but this location needs new management!! Like they need people who actually like making burgers my orders are always wrong from this location compared to other wendy restaurants this location get 2 stars from me...

I was super hungry from having a hard long shift at work and I stopped by because online it said that they close at 2. However when u arrived the lights where on and cars where parked so it gave me hope and I pulled to drive through n waited and to my surprise I got no response and I left more sad than I already was.. I guess it wasn't meant to be.
We ordered two burgers and two baked cheese potatoes. We got one burger and nothing on the potatoes. Luckily they gave us butter. Well....so disappointed. And this location is far for us. And no one ever answers the phone ! I guess they don't want to here a complaint 🤷

Was forced to get large meals. When I saw a few other people order at the front counter order small/medium meals after I had ordered. I was told that medium drinks were only used for biggie bags and that if I wanted a medium meal I would have to use a kiosk. The kiosks were not working when I tried to use them. It was too much food. And I had to waste half of the fries and drink because it was way too much food. I’ve never had this problem at other Wendy’s.

I go to this Wendy’s often because it’s right next to our house. There has been multiple times the food was bad or something was wrong and I haven’t complained yet but tonight was ridiculous. They close at 2, it says it on their app, DoorDash and on google. I placed a pick up order like I always do and I did so around 1ish. We go there and we get there at 1:20 and sit at the drive through with no answer, so after awhile we pull up to the window and a guy comes up and says they are closed. I tell him we placed a pick up order and it already charged us, and he says “well we are closed so we aren’t making it” and he shuts the window. They closed early for no reason, and this is not the first time this has happened. So ridiculous.

So to begin with NO A/C this is July 3rd and here in Texas 90 degrees still at 6PM and the place with no A/C I was about to passed out. I can’t imagine the employees. We came to try the new Takis meal and the burger was so dry and the fries were so salty. I had my two girls with me and they gave us spicy chicken nuggets stead of regular. I honestly didn’t complain about this I just wanted for my husband to finish his meal and go make more chicken nuggets for my girls. The chocolate frosty was more froze than normal which at this point was needed.
