I was here to try the SpongeBob Meal, taste was meh, nothing special. Sadly I was not able to try the pineapple frosty, they ran out of it and did not told me about it and I had already paid my meal. So it was a waste of money. Not recommended. Stick with the OG meals.

Manager and everyone should be fired came and ordered the kraby meal they ran out of the shakes instead of upgrading the size to make a customer happy they gave us the small. Then messed up the order twice and didn’t know how to fix it.

I stopped coming to this location because they would always mess up my order I decided to give it another try after a while of not coming here but the managed to mess it up again. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger and there is no bacon in my burger and I asked for sauce for my nuggets and there's no sauce at all. Nothing major but it's always messed up somehow

Beautiful place because it's a New building but what a shame really BAD maintenance. There are to many employees here but nobody seems to care. The sink where you wash your hands all dirty without paper towels. I think it's disgusting, Health Department should visit them.

I waited while about 7 workers walked around and conversed amongst themselves. As a service worker, they didn’t tend to me as a customer nor if I was on the clock. The manager did apologize, but this was a terrible experience. I walked out

I got my order through door dash the food was all cold the order was wrong got a 3 piece Chicken nuggets instead of my chili and have me the wrong sauce I ask for bbq they gave me Honey mustard like who gets mustard!
