45 minutes to an hour wait for mobile orders. Twice in a row we had to wait over 45 minutes to get our mobile order and this was after we checked in at the restaurant. Terrible service! Not a good fast food option.

I asked for a plain burger and gave this with mayo in allergic to mayo and the lady with the fake blue eyes didn't pay attention and was talking to her friend and messed up my order if I could give zero stars I would do not go here

They were really not that busy and my food took longer than I would have liked it too. They seemed to brush my needs off as if I didn't just ask them for my drink cups so I can fill my cups since I had a takeout order. All in all won't be coming back to this location! How unfortunate.

Wow one of the worst experiences I have had at a Whataburger. My drink fell on accident , I was telling the server about it and she said "NO MAMES! " to me very unprofessional, I even offered to clean it and mop it up myself and I over heard her telling her co worker that she had just cleaned the whole store . Seems unlikely because there was ketchup stains all over the store especially in front of the fountain drinks . Then I over heard her telling the cashier that she wishes she was home , well honey if you don't like your job or working with people then u shouldn't of picked a customer service job . It wasn't that serious ,but she took it to another level . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. probably never going back to that whataburger EVER again .very disrespectful VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

All my order when picking up are late and theirs no cars or ppl to take that long ? . I get it if it's full but at 1:00 am in the morning common .
They never get my order right. Sometimes I have to drive back from a mile away only to get something else I didn't order, like smaller fries in which were cold and one less brownie. Why? I'm paying aren't I? My advice is to check everything in your bag at the window.
