Whataburger on Alameda and Horizon usually is pretty good at what they do. And I'll go back but this Wednesday they were off their game ... Went thru the drive thru and placed my order, paid , scooted up to the next window. Was told to move ahead, all normal. But then waited and waited, the people behind us and in the B line were getting their orders. But not us finally came out and the young man asked us what was your order? Went back in and then came out with an order. But it wasn't ours , he went back in and came out to tell us our order had got lost ... How does that even happen in a world of tech and computers? Anyway we finally got our order and a free large shake. All's well that ends well ?

Avoid this whataburger at all costs. Order was wrong time and time again. Craving these burgers just to get home and missing items and wrong on everything else. No quality standards here and no one cares. Worst service too. This is seriously the worst whataburger I've been to. Go down the street to a different one.

Ordered through mobile app, food was supposed to be ready around 108pm, I had to wait till 130pm to get my food. And the receipt shows 103pm ad order being placed, heat lamp damage on the receipt.

It was awful and my fries were cold, no gravy for my chicken and the malts are not malts they taste like shakes. Also, when I got home an hour later because it took that long to get my food, I found that all the food was old. now when I have been trying to get a hold of them they refuse to answer the

I'm not sure if I got there at a bad time or if this is just the way the restaurant is, but everyone I interacted with seemed to have a bad attitude. The cashier that took my order seemed annoyed that she had to work. So I just ordered it meals and went on.Ever available take was dirty and the trash bins were overflowing. I went to ask is someone could clean the tables and was met with annoyance, again. The cashier did come out and wipe down the table and took our recipe and crumbled it up as we were moving our drinks. I told her that we still need that and she scoffed as she gave it back. None of the other tracks were cleaned, the floors were wet from spilled sodas and the restaurant wasn't even full. Our order was not correct and was not even hot. They did attempt to fix it by adding extra cheese, but by this time I was really upset, but I didn't complain. After a while, a team finally came out and wiped down the table and took it the trash. I understand that when a rush happens, some things slide, but this was unacceptable. This was my first time at this location and left me with a bad experience. We might go back if things improve.

My husband and I went on valentine's day and our meals cold and they took really long to take our food placed our order at 8:03 pm and they took our food @ 8:40pm
