Manager and our waitress came constantly to ask if we needed anything more and it was pretty busy so for them making that many rounds to all tables made me decide that this will be my new place to eat... Thanks for the excellent service and great cooked food

I always like this place until they completely messed up my order over the phone I asked for tangasaurus and garlic parm 20 piece traditional wings with 1 ranch. I get there and the girl tells me to check my order before I go to make sure it’s correct and for sure it was far from correct. They gave me 10 Cajun and 10 hot wings all drums ?. When I prefer flats over anything. With 2 ranch!! They didn’t get anything right!!!! I told her that this isn’t what I ordered but I’ll deal with the hot I guess. Then the manager comes out and tells me he will let me keep the Cajun for free and just bring out a 10 pc of garlic parm. Which I was alright with as long as they don’t charge more than what I was intending to spend and I see he added an extra charge of an orange soda lol if that was the case , keep your nasty Cajun wings.

I've been to all of the Wing Daddy's in El Paso but this one by far his hands down the best one in all of El Paso! The service is amazing the staff is super friendly and the manager Gabriel is always very welcoming and friendly and I appreciated that he checked up on us to make sure everything was great would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!!! A must try!!

So we went about 2 weeks... We usually go to this location, even though it's a little farther than the one closer to us, because the service is usually very good ... We got there and waited for about 10 minutes for a server to cone to our table... She takes our drink and food order, since we already knew what we wanted... Soon after, a couple sits down next to us... After 30 minutes, they still hadn't even brought our drinks out, and the guy from the next table was already ordering his 2nd beer... My husband at that point got up and went to go look for a manager... They brought the guy next door his beer and nothing for us... After another 5-10 minutes, my son gets his soda, and I get a sweet tea, which is incorrect because I ordered an unsweetened tea due to me being diabetic. I tell the manager what I asked for and he rolls his eyes, takes the tea and comes back with the right one... There's no beer for my hubby, yet and when he finally gets his beer, it's the wrong one... The manager dares to ask him if he's sure it's the wrong beer, which is warm as well... My hubby tells the manager that it's not the he first time drinking this beer and the manager explains that due to the "lighting" of the area where we are sitting, the beer looks darker and thatbthe beer is at a perfect temperature... Another person brings him the correct beer... 10 minutes later my son finally gets his food, I get my wings and my salad. I asked for no onions on the salad and when the manager hands it to me, I politely tell him that I didn't want onions and he asks if I want him to bring me a new one or if I can just pick out the onion ?♀️... I told him that I needed a new one, please, since I'm allergic to onions... Again, he got mad and took the salad... He brings it back, walks away, mumbling something... My husband at this point is so pissed off because it's been almost an hour, my son is done, I'm sharing my wings and salad with my hubby and his order of 6 shrimps is nowhere in sight... I forgot to mention that the server "Hennessey" has come around our table 3 times and my husband specifically told her the first time that she messed up our order and that he would rather deal with the manager from here on out and she just said "Oh well"... So for her to come back and ask if we need anything with a smirk on her face and again saying "Oh well," really started to piss me off because it's like she found this so amusing... So no food for my husband yet, we flag down another manager, he's more apologetic and goes to bring my hubby his food... The other arrogant manager comes back with a basket full of shrimp, that is cold and leaves... He eats a couple and he's done... We sit there and again wait and try and flag down anybody that will at least help us with bringing the check... No luck.. I send my son to ask the arrogant manager for the check... He prints it out and rudely hands it to my son and walks away... My husband is beyond fuming at this point, the server once again comes to our table and proceeds to ask if we need anything else, I politely tell her to get her manager and she laughs and leaves... We see the bill, they're charging us for things we didn't order... When I bring this up to the manager, the bad manager snatches the bill from my hand, doesn't even let me finish, goes and corrects it, my husband asks for some kind of discount for the 2 hours of bad service, we had to endure, he gets a 15%, no apology for the server's or his behavior, ands walks away... I'm a pretty great tipper when the service is excellent, but this was such a horrible experience, I don't think I want to go back there anymore...

Hey guys never come to this place to eat we just order 8 tenders yesterday and they said they where goanna had it in 25minutes, we waited 1 and 20 minutes for hour tenders and we just got the food and left home. They only have us 3 full tenders the rest was crumbs. I talked today with the manager Gabriel that they have right now and they didnt wanna give a refund or help me with the bad customer service and he didnt wanna help even if I had the reciept and the picture of the food,at all worst place I have ever eaten no wonder it has so low stars never again guys.

The place is so nice and the service of place is 100 of a 10! Everything is a 100 of a 10, the only thing it needs is that the manager didn't go around if everything was fine with the customers, but that's ok! But the bartender Joanna on that shift was the sweetest, kind, down to earth, and her service to us and the rest of the customers was a 100% great, she treat us like family from the show "cheers"! Thank you Joanna! The place was clean in or out and even the restroom! The place didn't smell like cat pee like the others Wing Daddy's! The place is like new! I haven't try the food yet, but I will! It's April first 2024 and I came for lunch, the server was Samantha, she was the best and give her a 100 of a 10! The food came out in 20 minutes buts ok!

Atmosphere is good and servers are a little nice, but they forget a lot of stuff. So the service is not that good. The flavor is good but the service is very slow so they serve cold food. Many times here, same experience. Whether they have a lot of customers or not, the service is the same and incompetent.I do not recommend this location in particular. The only good thing is that is very close to neighborhoods. Other than that, I wouldn't come here.
