I usually don't write bad reviews(see my other reviews) and try to give places chances but 3 of the last 4 times i had to go in and get my food that I have ordered curbside. I had intended to go through the drive through but it was backed up to the highway and I wasn't taking a chance of getting hit. Today took the prize not only did I watch 3 families go in after I got there order at the counter eat and leave when I went in I was asked if I was door dash. when I told them I had an order it was sitting on the counter cold with 7 people behind the counter. then I had to make my own drinks after sitting on my car for 45 hot minutes then they forgot my ice cream sandwich for my kids meal which I didn't realize until I drove 30 min home needless to say I will never do curbside their again. I would have spoken to the manager but she was too busy hiding by the drive through and I just wanted out of there. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Good grease, did not have half of the stoke to make anything, my daughter asked for four different drinks be for she got a half sweet half in sweet tea and it was sour, I say do nothing there it very nasty

We’ve been taking our grandkids there for 12 years when we have them on the weekends. They got our order wrong for one of them and refused to replace it. The store manager basically called my wife a liar for the cost of a kid’s hamburger. Her manager was contacted and directed the refusal. My meal had twice the bun and half the patty as observed over the years. When I questioned my meal I was told they had made some changes. Their changes have lost a consistent customer. They may get enough business off the highway, but as for me and my household, I’ll not be back.
Walked in for a take out order of 2- #4's (bacon/cheese burgers).After leaving and getting down the road, discovered that my order was just two plain hamburgers... no bacon, no cheese! Good burgers, but not what I ordered and paid for.Shame on me for not checking my order before driving off the parking lot.

The staff was nice and friendly. I went through the Togo line. I ordered the 3 tacos, a beef taco salad and a chicken taco salad. I was expecting a salad with meat on it right? No there was a scoop of beef on the beef salad. The chicken salad was basically a small amount of lettuce and tomato with a cut up chicken tender on it. And the tacos was basically a shell with a few bits of lettuce tomato and beef.

Javonte is such an outstanding employee! Every time I go to dairy Queen in Somerville it is a pleasure to be served by him. He is always in the best mood and glowing. I appreciate his attitude and character. He is definitely someone id want working at my business. I hope his hard work is noticed and appreciated.
