“Elizabeth's food service and atmosphere is perfect. We have been there with many friends anf family. Elizabeth's will make things that are vegetarian and are very delicious. The coffee is really good. We had the spinach omelette and the encheladas were absolutely perfect in every way. Thinhs are cooked fresh , so don't expect them to be made quickly. They are worth the wait. The onions and hotsauce , cheese etc. are not overdone and are perfect. I'm a person who is very picky. I find it unsual that I post a review that is saying perfect. Elizabeth's is worth the trip. This is partly a review from a chef also. Thank you so much. We have also had the egg and bacon breakfast. That is cooked to order and they aren't over or underly cooked.“
