This place has has the friendliest staff and the best food. We have eaten there every time we come to Somerville. We have ordered multiple different burgers, wings, fried catfish and grilled catfish and never were we disappointed. They also have a good selection of cold beer! Note, they are only open Thu - Sat and certain Sundays but good things are worth the wait.

After hiking with the dogs we stopped for lunch and sat on the patio (1 table). Service was fabulous and the mushroom swiss burger the best we've ever had. Place is simple but clean with friendly people.

They literally run out of wings every single Thursday before the end of the the night knowing they won’t have anymore until the next week ! It’s ridiculous! Week after week same thing …. Wing sold out

They never have wings they run out of them every Thursday before the end of the night and do not have them until the next week . It happens every week so I don’t understand why they are not prepared. The staff is sweet but it is so frustrating. Judy’s wings are the best so it’s disappointing!!

When you are in the Lake Somerville area, you have to stop by and check out The Spot. It' only open Thursday through Sunday and only 1 mile from Lake Somerville State Park in Texas. It's not a fancy place but a wonderful family/ neighborhood restaurant enjoyed by the locals and visitors to the State Park. The food was wonderful, and the service was outstanding. We stop by every time we are in the area, and you should to.

We had cheese sticks and fried Pickles for appetizers. Both we very good. Best fried Pickles I ever had. Very plentiful. I had the Swiss mushroom burger also the best. The other items was a bacon cheeseburger, and a cheeseburger above was served with curly fries, fries and onion rings. You will not be disappointed. We absolutely thought the food was excellent. When traveling through Somerville don't pass this place up.

8:17pm Friday and they are closed. Called to place an order 7:53pm with no answer. My friend and I then drove up there to place the order. Walked in at 8:27pm and they said they were closed while they had people playing pool and eating. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to try this place out. ? very annoying
