wife's first time there...she loved it! we've hit snows bbq..luling bbq...burnt bean bbq..Longorias bbq...killers bbq...but willies has the taste of the rgv....will be coming here again.....Roy has it running well....
I was just there, and I feel like puking. the beans are from a can, the macaroni uses powder for cheese and tasted like melted plastic...nothing is fresh as it has been under a lamp for hours and hours. I will never return as this place has gone downhill over the years. Buyer beware.
It’s a great place to eat food is delicious 😋
Au moins une fois à chaque année lors de votre visite au Texas, vous devez vous offrir les brisket de Willie’s BBQ 👍😍
Rude lady at the register, didn’t answer my questions about the ribs asked for baby back was given a burnt pork rib and charged 13 dollars for that disgusting thing. Was 10 min till close they locked the door started turning off the lights so we just left. 55.00 dollars spent just to be treated like trash cause they wanted to go home. This use to be a place I loved, not anymore. Never again

Chopped bakers fully loaded amazing
Loved this little jewel in Edinburgh. What a great place for barbeque. Good thing we arrived early because the line started forming immediately after we got our order! Loved the brisket and chicken. Fun little place.
At WillyBs you can order several types of dishes. My favorite is the huge potato with pulled pork. If your appetite is small, split this order with a friend. It is huge. They do not serve alcohol and the sitting area is rustic in appearance. Very reasonable priced.
With many BBQ places to choose from, we don’t get to Willie B’s as often as we should. A buddy and I popped in for a late lunch. One of the specials was the Baked Potato with brisket and sausage. Willie B’s was doing the giant potatoes before giant potatoes were a thing. This visit didn’t disappoint. The potato was large and perfectly baked. The brisket was tender and flavorful and the sausage had a nice kick. It was certainly a full meal in itself but I added a side of creamed corn. Wow! With jalapeño peppers in the mix the corn was flavorful and had some zing. It’s absolutely my favorite side dish. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. The staff is always courteous and helpful. We need to move Willie B’s back to the top of our frequent dining list.
