We were there for 45min. Got steak fingers, a burger, a blizzard, and a sundae. We got all of our grilled/fried foods pretty fast. The fry cook was holding the place together. We had to leave before we got our ice cream because the lady never got it to us. We asked a few times if it was coming, but she would assure us it was, only to turn and take orders from others and get people that arrived well after us their ice cream orders. Angry that we paid, but people that we came before were getting their full orders, with many things wrong or missing I might add. Wasted time, wasted money.

Trashiest and nastiest DQ I’ve ever been to. There service is horrible. Ice cream machine is constantly broken. There building is literally falling apart. And there food sucks. Needs to be shut down or torn down.

Ordered 2 Hunger busters and received 2 Jr's in their place. After questioning the management, I was told that they are the same thing and that a quarter pound burger does not equal 4 ozs. I tried to get a refund but was told I needed to bring the small burgers back ,which is a huge health code violation. I will never step foot there again..Jst horrible

They were smoking weed beside drive thru menu. When I complained, nothing was done. They put jalapeños on my Dude sandwich. Food was Not good, my family had no power beside of hurricane and this is how we were treated. I do not recommend Sour Lake Dairy Queen!!!

Sat here for a hour And never got my food. I finally got a refund and went down the road. I watched 3 others get a refund after waiting for ever as well.

Showed up before everyone else and we watched all the other people get their orders and they left and one hour later we finally got our food after 20 people behind us got their food first and they burned my jalita fries and they waited until I had to start complaining to finally give us our food while other people looked at us like we were crazy and what began as a peaceful day out for lunch turned into circus ?
