Had a relaxing time at the Coco Beach Hotel. Attentive staff and a great manger. The hotel is a must stay if you are looking for a family friendly hotel with direct beach access. The view from the bar during sunrise and sunset cannot be beat. Highly recommend.
Let me start by saying you have many choices for hotels/condos in South Padre. My husband chose this hotel as he always likes smaller hotels. Don't bother calling hotel if you have a question no one ever answers the phone nor email. It is much older than the pics but that is to be expected. They close up the front desk around 5pm and the bartender takes over which I found very odd. but as of now since early morning
we have no hot water … no answer to calls .. on Christmas Day
The water pressure available is almost non existent
With this issue being identified
one would hope a representative for the hotel would come to the property immediately
to answer inquires and reassure guests when the issue would be fixed
