I had Amauri and he did a great job! I tried fried gator for the first time and it was cooked to perfection I loved trying it! 10/10 would recommend if you're in the South Padre Island area!

Horrible service. Food took over 40 minutes and it was cold when it came out. Our waitress didn’t get us refills when she was standing in front of our table and she charged us extra drinks.

Great service and the food was on point. Could have just as easily been in the French quarter instead of SPI.

The ambiance was cute, and the bathroom was clean. The red beans and fish were delicious ?. The staff were nice.

Place has gone downhill. The servers typically argue over tables its annoying. Appetizers come out with the main dishes despite ordering them 10-20 minutes apart. Dishes are never consistent. It has been on a decline for a while now. Needs some TLC. Rockefeller oysters are still amazing here though. The botana is good. The stuffed flounder has been disappointing. At this point it's not worth the drive. Dirty AL's Brownsville has better food/chefs since they are all owned by the same people.

Family and I ordered the large botana plate all fried. The fries were the best thing on the plate. The fish and chicken had no flavor, the oysters were just okay, and the shrimp was average.

Went here for crab. The sauce was decent but cooled and turned hard while I still had 2/3 of my crab left. Also the crab was over cooked, which is a shame for paying for $70 after tip for snow crab.

Also the fried okra was bland. At least the salt and pepper made it decent to eat
