Place was not busy when we arrived. Had our drinks taken right away, but then a large group walked in and our server disappeared (he was not the only server on shift). After 30 minutes another server asked if we were ready to order and asked for our drink order. I told her we had our drinks already but that our server never came back. When our food arrived, our order was wrong and my cousin’s steak was RAW in the middle. We notified someone about our issues with our orders and they were fixed promptly, but the overall service was not great nor was the food worth the long wait. We have been here for nearly 2 hours and only 20 minutes of our time here was dedicated to eating. Also, on their tv screen they play a quick ad advertising their value menu, but at other locations there is a menu insert inside of the menus, so in other words, they don’t want you to know about the value menu, if you happen to catch it in the 5 second ad then I guess you can order it.
