My visit to Dirty Al’s was marred by a discordant atmosphere among the staff. Our waitress, Rosalba, openly complained about the bartender. The service was disappointingly slow. The lack of cohesion among the staff was evident and detracted from the dining experience. While the food may be decent, improvements in staff dynamics and service are necessary for a more enjoyable visit.

We love this place and the food is always fast, hot and delicious. The blackened shrimp skewers are amazing! Fries are the best I have had in years and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Will be back!

I was happy that I ordered a hamburger and onion rings. I will give them both an 8 of I tried a breaded shrimp and it was a butterfly breaded shrimp thankfully, I broke it in half. I would write that a 0 out of it did not taste good whatsoever, and it took everything I had to not spit it out. There were 14 of us at the restaurant for dinner and my son-in-law had the same thing and would write it the same. He said it was awful. Pretty disappointing.

I don't think this place has designated waiters as we were served by three different people throughout, not one of which was friendly or attentive at that. One waitress did one of the strangest things I've ever had happen while dining out. "As per the owner's orders" she came and picked out the zucchini with a fork off our sampler plate after it was mistakenly served in place of the calamari we'd ordered. Having worked in the food industry myself, that is absolutely unprofessional and unsanitary. I've never seen that done. I'd understand taking it back had it been an entire order or plate. But it was literally FIVE slices of zucchini and she picked them one by one onto a separate plate before having the calamari brought out. She even asked if we'd eaten it yet because she could not exchange it if we had... Which makes me wonder if they'd save them to serve to someone else. The food and drinks were decent, nothing out of this world. Prices match the quality. But the overall service was lacking.

Good place, but on Friday April 25th, 2024. My waiter gave me a counterfeit bill and when I politely let him know. He basically said “call the cops, press charges” lol & the manager that relayed this was the man who gave me the fake bill.

Excellent restaurant. Ambiance was super fun. The service was fantastic. The stuffed jalapeños were great! The fish, shrimp, and oysters were exceptional. The Buffalo sauce and hot sauces were great. I can't wait to go back.
