Stopped here to get some snacks and when I asked what the snacks were, the lady was extremely rude and said there’s just water/ Please do not go here. She was very mean and kept rolling her eyes. Not sure if she’s racist but please beware and do not go here. Stay safe if you do. Lady is very mean in a blonde ponytail and slightly overweight!!! Bad place!!!!!

The Hot Caramel Latte was very watered down and the ice cream seemed as it was melted and refrozen and served soft. Was given store receipt with an amount and on card was charged $7 extra as if they took it as a tip forcefully 0 star if I could. 13Oct2024/ 2030.

Stopped to get ice cream for the kids hoping for some yummy Italian Ice Cream as advertised only to be disappointed as the ice cream tasted like ice with sugar and some flavor. Had ordered the cookies and cream and the chocolate and both were an utter disappointment as they tasted icy as if the key ingredient was water and not milk. I’m fully aware that real gelato is made with lower milk fat but something definitely tasted wrong, maybe the ingredients aren’t to par.
