Food is okay, nothing special but good portions. The environment is mid and quiet. Service was okay also but I'm sure there's better places to discover in the island.

Today I went, the customer service leaves too much to be desired to start from the entrance, they showed us where to sit when the lady was not doing anything, the waitress did not come any closer than when she left us the cokes and the food, apart from her very bad genius... afterward we didn't see her again, they have staff but all the waitresses are in their world "cleaning spoons" and walking from one place to another, they will clean the tables but not even that and the people waiting, including me, the idea was to go to the restaurant Blackbeard's but I had time I also wanted to go to this restaurant "Doña Carmen" but without a doubt it was the worst decision I won't go back now I understand why they hardly have people it's a shame

Ask for a receipt and make sure it's what you order. They were over charging me on things I didn't order. You would think the $15 plate comes with a free tortilla. But they don't tell you it's $2 for a tortilla. I ask for a glass of water the waitress brought me a water bottle just to charge extra. Mind you it's not the 1st time they do this. I have always recommended this place but never again.

Waitress never attended us after the cashier repeatedly reminded her about our table. Left after 15 minutes of sitting down. Not including the time that we waited to get seated.

Ordered 4 breakfast tacos to go. They are massive. One is enough for an adult. We ate the second taco for lunch. Real tortillas de harina. We tried huevo con nopal, huevo con papa, and huevo con salchicha. All great choices. The staff was nice and the food came out super fast. I will say that these were the most expensive tacos I have ever purchased. I don't know if I was overcharged but 4 tacos, beans and queso fresco on all 4 cost over $30 bucks. That said, I paid it and enjoyed them. If the cost doesn't bother you I highly recommend the breakfast tacos (undercover burritos).Vegetarian options: Huevo con nopales and huevo con papas

I personally did not like their food at all. It has some weird after taste. Its just not seasoned well. I do not recommend any of their food choices. I paid $17 there when i could of had McDonald's and been happier and fuller.

Authentic Mexican fare. If you don't tend to favor spicy food, you should sample your choices with care. Note: meal specials are M-F ONLY.

Outstanding little Mexican restaurant. Smells like food from my grandmas house from back in the day. Fresh, delicious, authentic.
