I ordered a simple $5 meal deal with a Dr Pepper. I got back to my hotel room to enjoy my meal only to sip my drink to find out they gave me a Coke instead. I ordered my Mcchicken with no lettuce and light mayo. My McChicken was full of lettuce. I don’t know what’s so hard to follow simple directions on an order.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to the owner should lose his franchise rights for total mismanagement employees could care less and the food was terrible. Nowhere near what you would expect at McDonald’s.

Horrible service! Literally waited over 8 minutes for 1 lg coke. No one even spoke to us, just walked by and ignored us. No service skills whatsoever.

If I could give them a zero I would! I waited in line patiently for 35 min to order, after we ordered we were sent to park in curbside #6 to wait for our order. We waited over 45 min and no one ever came to us. Mind you there were also atleast two more cars waiting the same amount of time. My husband got off and asked the manager in charge what’s going on? and he along with the rest of the workers/crew members were so lost. They had no idea where was our order we had received the wrong receipt. The manager explained to my husband that they were low staffed, they were not. They were also a lot of ppl in line some who had not even placed an order yet. People around the counter had to yell to get the managers attention because he was ignoring everyone. After another 20 minutes we finally got our order. The fries had no salt the burgers looked messy, and there was no ketchup or napkins in our bag. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too and I’ve been all over the states. It’s such a disappointment since this McDonalds is located in SPI. Donot go here unless you want to throw your money away! And waste your time! I know I will never be going back😕

The McDonald's in South Padre Island needs improvement. My burger was broken, which wasn't a big deal, but it was a bit annoying. The kids meal my daughter ordered had a stale-looking bun, and the whole burger looked unappetizing. To make matters worse, a roach crawled under our table, making me want to leave immediately.

Worst McDonald's. Kiosks don't work. Staff acts like it is your fault. Sign says to place sign on table and they will bring food to you. Nope, they just rudely yell your number. Lid wasn't on drinks correctly. We asked for napkins and they only give 2. Trying to get more is like asking for a kidney. Restaurant was filthy.
