Nautico Island Grill

First time visiting here and made it to our groups top 3 eating places on SPI! We will be back next year and everyone in our group of 9 loved their food! Also loved it was a small restaurant, and busy, but quiet. Highly recommend!

During our trip to South Padre Island to witness the SpaceX launch #5, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant that completely exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delectable, and the service was top-notch. We were so impressed that we ended up dining there multiple nights during our stay. From the charming ambiance to the mouthwatering dishes, this restaurant truly left a lasting impression on us.

Nautico Island Grill offers the best variety of food you could ever want in South Padre island, with great service to match. There is something for every palate. But what truly sets this place apart is the beautiful art that adorns the walls, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

And don't even get me started on their basil lemonade - it's a must try! The perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, with a refreshing hint of basil that will leave you wanting more.

If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend making a stop here.

Bad service in terms of time, it took more than an hour to be able to serve, if time is not an issue I recommend it but keep in mind that their service is slow

Amazingly awesome food in a laid-back atmosphere. The shrimp trio, mashed potatoes, and zucchini was delicious! Don't miss this place.

Wife & I ate lunch there today. It is my new favorite place on South Padre! Family friendly, menu has a wide variety, service was absolutely wonderful. Only $15 each and we loved it. Will be going there quite frequently … starting tomorrow ! ?

Super cute and clean with great food and service! Came here for brunch and got the breakfast sandwich with fruit and breakfast potatoes. Sandwiches were large and filling, the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the avocado and tomato were fresh! The bread was soft and flavorful, but sturdy enough to support hefty sandwich fillings, and the creamy jalapeño sauce had just the right amount of heat. Also ordered a coconut mimosa and a mango margarita, both delicious! I'd say the only slight miss was the breakfast potatoes. I loved their preparation, they were small and crispy, but soft inside. They tasted like potatoes and weren't overly oily, but they were lacking any form of seasoning. Will definitely be back the next time I'm visiting SPI!

I love everything I have tried on the menu! My current favorite dishes are the chicken salad and Migas! The staff is always attentive and friendly. Dog friendly on the patio. Absolutely recommend!! ❤️❤️?
