Had a great day on a guided fishing trip out of Parrot Eye with Captain Paul Rodriguez. Came back in for lunch and had some of our freshly caught fish cooked. We had the blackened fish tacos and blackened fish enchiladas my favorite. This is my third trip and it never disappoints.
An island restaurant with great food and quality service. Not a tourist trap but a great place to enjoy a good meal. I've visited this place for years and it never disappoints.
I travel quite a bit and Parrot Eyes have the best fish tacos. Their food has been consistently excellent over the past ten years. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly.
